Eshaan Singh.
Founder of BWE Studio — the venture-building engine behind GIC BWE. Builds AI-native operating companies for the GCC–India corridor.

“A studio isn't a portfolio. It's an operating system for turning conviction into companies.”
Eshaan founded BWE Studio to build companies the way modern software is built — modular, AI-native, and shipped in weeks rather than years. Under his direction, BWE has become a working multi-venture lab producing operating systems, AI agents, brands and commercial experiments across regulated industries.
Inside GIC BWE, Eshaan leads the studio side of the engine: the product, engineering, brand and go-to-market infrastructure that turns a Gulf market problem into a localised, defensible operating company. His work sits at the intersection of AI-native product design, venture architecture and cross-border operating craft.
He has built and shipped ventures across legal AI, WhatsApp operating infrastructure, supply chain intelligence, privacy tooling and AI-enabled sales — each one a reusable component in the studio's broader operating system.
Venture architecture
Designing companies as modular systems — org, product and capital treated as one stack.
AI-native product
Building software where agents and models are load-bearing, not decorative.
Corridor execution
Turning cross-border conviction into localised, regulated, operating companies.
